Privacy notice

The plugin needs the facts sent to a tool to answer it. Its application code does not keep a history of tool requests or results.
Controller and scope
Parsing Sàrl (ogram), Lausanne, Switzerland, operates Swiss Trademark Deposit at trademarks.ogram.swiss and is the contact for data-protection questions: info@ogram.ch. This notice covers the hosted plugin and this website. enodo contributed to the workflow; normal plugin requests are not sent to enodo. A separate service or conversation with enodo is governed by its own privacy terms.
Data we receive
Your AI client sends the tool arguments needed for the task. They can include a proposed sign, business activity, goods and services wording, Nice classes, search terms, applicant name, domicile country or priority details. A tool result can repeat supplied facts and may include names or other information from the dated public trademark and examination corpus. The AI client determines what relevant conversation context to include in tool arguments; the plugin does not request the full chat history or access unrelated files.
Vercel and Cloudflare also process connection and security metadata, such as IP address, request time and network information, to deliver and protect the service. If you contact support, we receive the contact details and message you provide. The plugin does not request payment cards, passwords, authentication secrets, government identifiers or health data. Please omit confidential or personal details that are not needed for the task.
Why we process it
Tool arguments are used to answer the requested lookup, classification or preparatory check and return the result to your AI client. Connection metadata is used by the hosting providers to route traffic, protect infrastructure and manage abuse. Support messages are used to respond to you and address service issues. Parsing Sàrl does not sell plugin inputs or use them for advertising, profiling or model training. The plugin does not send tool arguments to an external inference API, IPI, Swissreg or WIPO.
Who processes it
Vercel serves the website and forwards MCP requests from the branded domain. Cloudflare runs the Worker and stores the dated public reference corpus in D1. Authorised Parsing Sàrl operators administer the service. The result returns to the AI client you chose. ChatGPT, Codex or another client handles your conversation and returned results under its own settings and privacy policy; OpenAI's privacy policy applies when you use its products. We do not control that client's retention or use of your conversation.
Storage and retention
Tool inputs and results are processed in application memory for the request and are not saved to the plugin's D1 reference database, R2 storage or an application request history. Application payload logging and Cloudflare Workers Observability logging are disabled. The rate limiter uses a shared counter that resets after 60 seconds and contains no user identifier, IP address or query text.
Vercel and Cloudflare may independently retain operational and security records under their own policies and service settings; we cannot promise that all connection metadata disappears when a tool response ends. Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations under ogram's general privacy policy. The public reference corpus remains stored until it is replaced or the service ends.
Location and security
Requests use HTTPS. Vercel and Cloudflare can process traffic in the United States and other countries outside Switzerland. The D1 reference database was created with a Western Europe location hint, which is not a Swiss or EU-only processing guarantee. The providers describe their international-transfer arrangements in their data processing and transfer terms. Infrastructure access is limited to authorised operators. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can omit unnecessary personal details, stop using the service, or disconnect the plugin in your AI client. We cannot retrieve or erase a tool request after the application has finished it because the application keeps no request history. For personal data otherwise held by Parsing Sàrl, you may request access, correction, deletion or objection as applicable by contacting info@ogram.ch. We may need enough information to verify your identity. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Manage data held by your AI client directly with that provider.
This website sets no application cookies and has no analytics or advertising scripts. Material changes to this notice will appear here with a new effective date.
