WIPO / OMPI

Nice Classification NCL(13-2026) content is credited to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO/OMPI). WIPO's open-access policy generally licenses new online content under CC BY 4.0, subject to specific exceptions and third-party rights. This service extracts, normalizes, indexes, and selects material for retrieval. Those transformations are ours. No WIPO endorsement is implied and no WIPO emblem is used.

IPI / Swissreg and examination records

The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property is the source of WDL terminology, public Swissreg examples, and examination-support extracts. The examination PDF contains IPI practice and references to selected TAF/TF decisions; it is not a complete court database. Official decisions and qualifying official collections fall within Article 5 of the Swiss Copyright Act. The IPI also publishes a general rights notice. This service does not claim ownership of source material or grant a blanket redistribution license for it.

Corpus limits

The snapshot includes 45 Nice headings, 41,539 WDL terms, 75,155 Swissreg goods/services rows covering 25,823 marks, 1,346 class examples, and 549 examination entries. Only 83 examination entries have extracted TAF references; the parser reported 246 warnings. Swissreg representative metadata cannot be joined to every goods/services row. These are reference examples, not an exhaustive or current clearance search.
